Want to see the grandkids explode with excitement? Just mention a trip to Disney World, actually most adults display a toned down version of this reaction too. March through June is the time to catch Epcot in full bloom with DIsney themed topiarys, butterfly gardens, how-to garden tours, outdoor concerts and several outdoor kitchens.
    We spent the day strolling through the flowers and shrubs testing one another's memory of plant names (we did poorly) and then on to The Land and The Seas rides. By the time we had some food there was barely enough daylight left to visit all of the foreign countries, but of course the Magic Kindom is more magical at night.
